NS: How are you enjoying the tour?
Jared: Um, its going great.
NS: How is it, like, performing with bands and stuff?
Jared: Um, its pretty cool. Deftones are one of my favorite
bands..soo.
NS: Some people say you’re a Christian band, do you
consider yourself a Christian band?
Jared: Yeah, were all Christians in the band, so
NS: Is it like, cause I know many people think of Korn as
satanic or something, you don’t think that way?
Jared: Not at all
NS: Who’s your favorite super hero?
Jared: Bat man.
NS: Batman?
Jared: uh huh
NS: Deftones and batman, [to Photographer] no,
Nightcrawler, no [Photographer is not heard rooting for
Nightcrawler]
NS: Do you read comics?
Jared: I do not.
NS: You should read comic books
Jared: Sameer, our other guitar player, he used to read a lot
of comic books.
NS: Comic books are good.

Jared: Strange Tour buss story?
Karen: Oh, yes. I have one. Well we sleep in the same
bunk, the other night, he got in bed with James..
Jared: Oh, yeah, um I musta been sleep walking or
something, I always go use the bathroom up in the front
lounge. Uh I was coming back and I don’t remember what
happened, but I though I was getting in my bunk and I
turned around and I was getting in our drummers bunk and
he's like, really, really, he likes his own space. So
NS: Yeah, our drummer. [Points to photographer]
Photographer: [softly] yeahh..
Jared: So um, I was getting in there and I was asleep so I
just forced my self in there so he went in the back and slept
in there. I woke up, Kat woke me up, said she didn’t know
where I was, it was like in the morning and she found my
feet where my head was supposed to be in James bunk and

Jared: I never really got into comic books
