"less people, less drama, less
problems.  We are, all three of us,
friends."  "We've always had to
write an extra guitar part for the
rhythm guitarist.  Now we can
concentrate more because we don't
have to find something to write for
the fourth member," added Patricia.
 Along with their diverse music
style, their stage show is normally
accented by a pair of
dancers/backup singers aiding the
band in getting the crowd ready to
rock.  Most recently,  Rita-tah and
Tweek have filled that role.
Unfortunately, on the last tour,
Rita-tah hurt her back, and was not
able to join the Warped Tour.  So,
for the first time in a long while,
the Horrorpops decided to take the
stage as a simple trio.  Neidermeier
says, "it will be strange because
we've had them for such a long
time.  But, to be honest, I don't
even see them when we're playing.
 It's more for the audience."
Patricia, however, said that "I miss
them tremendously because I have
to work a little harder on the
audience.  It's a little harder, but
it's fun also to show that we can
do without."
One of the columns that is
sometimes printed in Nyght Scene
is the White Van Confessions.
When I asked the band if they had
any stories to share for the article,
Patricia asked, "hasn't any band
told you that what happens on the
road, stays on the road?"
Apparently, the road is Vegas.  So,
I just wanna know where the
Moonlight Bunny Ranch of 'the
road' is.
The Horrorpops are on the entire
Warped Tour this year.  After the
tour, they will surely take back to
the road to push their candy-coated
evil your way.  They are definitely
one of the bands to check out on
this year's Warped, as well as in
the future.
