Why she can kick your ass?
For one, this fiery little red head - and I do mean little, she’s 5’1. But that’s just
61 square inches of brut force. Not only can she scream like a man, and scare
the be-jesus out of you. She can make you love it. I remember the first time I
heard Walls of Jericho I thought it was a man. When I realized it was this pint
size Detroit badass I was in love, just like so many other red blooded
American men. Even if she does scare them a bit, considering if she ever lost
her temper they know they would be the one leaving on a stretcher.
Walls of Jericho have been tearing up the motor city hardcore music
scene since 1999. Not particularly the best scene to be in when your
vocalist is a fiery red head, especially when MTV has anorexic looking
Gene Stefani plastered everywhere. Kucsulain says fuck that shit. She
does things her way like she did back in ’99, kicking a guy’s ass while
playing a show at a skate park singing a song about rape. “I was like
dude, whatever, FUCK YOU! And the reason I speak about it is
because rape has been something in my life and people's lives that I
know and love, and I speak about this because it hits me deeply, and for
you to do something like this... Just FUCK you. We play the song, we
get done, and the dude starts bragging about how he threw it at me, and
so I see who it is. I'm like, I need to get out of here. I need to leave
because I'm going to stab this guy, I'm that mad. Totally getting ghetto
right? I'm leaving, I'm out of here... and I'm walking away and the dude
says the shittiest thing anyone can say. He says 'It's no wonder why
that happened to you.' He just says that. He just says that! I'm like you
don't fucking know me! You don't know what's happened in my life.
What's happened in my friend's life and you say that to me? I just drop
everything I have and fucking beat him. I took on his friends to! And this
other girl jumped in! It was fucking amazing! You don't say that. You
don't disrespect people; especially when you don't know when
