Manson Counter Sues Wayne-Gacy

No, Charles Manson isn’t suing psycho Oklahoma serial killer clown John Wayne Gacy. Marilyn Manson, real name Brain
Werner has reportedly filed court papers in Los Angeles counter suing former band mate Stephen Gregory Bier Jr. more
commonly known as Madonna Wayne Gacy, a former keyboardist for Manson. The counter lawsuit is in response to a $20
Million Dollar lawsuit that Bier filed back in August of 2007.
In his lawsuit Bier claims that Manson shorted him on his salary and medical support, and instead used the band's profits
to fund his lavish lifestyle. The suit claimed Manson used the money to pay for his lavish lifestyle, drug habit and the
production of his upcoming film, "Phantasmagoria: The Visions of Lewis Carroll," among “other” things.
Manson claims that Bier did not “fulfill his obligations” according in the court papers that have been filed on Manson’s
behalf allegedly the business partnership between Bier and Manson had dissipated in 1996 when Manson “became the clear
leader of the band” the same year that Manson released the multi-platinum selling Antichrist Superstar. Although Bier was
paid for record sales, live performances, and merchandise revenue, the Manson suit states that Bier had "failed to render
services to the best of his ability and in a practical and cooperative manner." The suit also goes on to claim that Bier was
often tardy or truant for rehearsals, recordings and performances and promotion appearances. As well as claiming that Bier
had  “provided confidential band information to the media and other people without Manson's consent.” Manson’s suit
undisclosed amount and special damages as well as a cease and diseased order concerning more confidential band information.
Looks like no book deal in Bier’s future.
WTF?! Jessica Simpson a Pretty Woman?

Yes, you read correctly. According to a recent interview in OK! Magazine,
Jessica Simpson of the intellectual conversation, “Is this chicken or fish”, wants
to star in a remake of the 1990 Julia Roberts film, Pretty Woman, in which she
would revive Roberts’ character.  According to an undisclosed source close to
Simpson, Jessica believes that: "She thinks this one's got 'hit' written all over
it," and apparently her father and manager, Joe is announcing that he believes
she is the next Julia Roberts. -Justin Lee Amidon
